My mother just spent a miserable few days here. They didn't address her issue, rarely came into the room. Took 2 hours to get her meds, the staff had horrific attitudes when asked to do the bare minimum of their job. Not to mention they didn't treat any patients I'd seen with any dignity or kindness. I wouldn't send my worst enemy's rabid dog to this hospital. Don't send anyone you love.

I was called early to come in for my procedure and even though I arrived early, I still didn’t go back until my almost scheduled time. The nursing staff was kind down in pre-op and recovery, not that the nurses weren’t nice on the 5th floor but it was so chaotic from when I got there and then when I was leaving. Normally they don’t even ask you if you want a wheelchair out, you don’t have a choice but I was asked if I wanted one or for my fiancé to walk me out. Of course I opted for my fiancé to walk me out as it seemed there was no staff to wheel me because a pre-op nurse came and got me to go downstairs and recovery nurses took me back up. But my fiancé ended up wheeling me down. Also the reason I was having the procedure was from being in the ER twice a week before but the second time there my concerns and worries were dismissed. My fiancé had to speak and make sure things were done because of previous complications at home. It just wasn’t pleasant feeling brushed off and that you’re an inconvenience. This hospital has gone way downhill and it’s sad. Staff needs to be hired and doctors need to have a little more bedside manner.

I had a same day surgery today that was very emotionally difficult for me. I was treated with kindness and dignity from the moment I walked in to the moment I left- my nurses, the OR manager and operation team, anesthesia, and doctors, were nothing short of comforting and listened to every request I had and honored them all. Thank you all for making such a horrible day for me just a bit better from the outstanding care you provided me.

I been here for 3 hours hours and nobody has came to seen me after i got my blood pressure checked. mind u i came around 4:30pm and its nearly 7:00pm. The medical assistant sat me down and i didn’t once get asked if i was okay. Staff is horrible. editing, currently still here literally words cannot express how angry i am. don’t understand how a place with multiple people are so unprofessional. if i can give a zero i definitely would. do better for the people in need.

I had my surgery at the surgery center on adams Ave. It was a same day in/out procedure. Donna at check in was great and everything moved swiftly from there. The place was very clean. My nursing staff, Jessica and Autumn were very nice. They explained everything to me, calmed my nerves before the procedure, and helped me get myself together post op. The OR nurses were great as well, I don't remember their names, but they were 2 older women. Everything ran smoothly and on time. Parking garage is literally right outside their doors and they validate your parking pass.
